My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were nice and clean with a good view of the mountains, and the beds were super comfortable. I could easily imagine renting the room for weeks. However, the restaurant could improve its menu as the food was a little disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and had enough food for kids, including fruit snacks. They were helpful, but their English was limited.

The location was excellent, close to the station and the lake. The breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of options. The hotel is perfect for exploring the High Tatras.
